The community allows farmers to exchange farming knowledge and seek expert assistance to validate their practices.
Scope
Evaluation exisitng after launch
Currently, we have identified a low number of monthly active users on the app and a high uninstall rate.
Upon investigation, we discovered that the landing page (My Feed) is the primary area where users drop off from the app.
Users only drop the questions which result to lack of person who reply back to others
We have observed that when we provide rewards during surveys to collect insight.

Rewards have the potential to drive their engagement
To generate more ideas about potential rewards for farmers, I am studying rewards frameworks
Most of the rewards tiers require financial resources or organizational team effort to provide.
just receive badge and trophy will not being meaningful without challenges then I also explore gamification and select accomplishment

"To obtain these rewards, you need to complete 2 tasks on profile and earn a star badge"

Observe if users are performing these 2 tasks more frequently.
Monitor the click-through rate on the banner.

Based on our learning from the POC, I have started incorporating insights into the idea

Base on segmentation, We priority how hard to accomplish tasks.
